- Any orders placed during business hours Monday - Friday will be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Our shipping costs are:
- £4.50 within the UK
- £12 to mainland Europe
- £25 for international shipping
- We send all of our UK orders by Royal Mail signed for 1st Class delivery so that you can expect your item(s) within 2-3 working days of ordering.
- Any orders from outside the EU may be subject to customs charges or local taxes. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and may be necessary to release your order, so please familiarise yourself with local regulations to ensure there are no surprises.
- Unexpected shipping delays may occur which we have no control over and cannot be held responsible for, but we will always endeavour to notify you of these where possible.
- If your order is undeliverable, you may be charged for any return or original shipping charges.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable and orders cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed through our website.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Each piece of swimwear is hand made with the utmost attention to detail and meticulously inspected before shipping. We really hope you love your purchase as much as we loved making it for you, but if you happen to change your mind or in the unlikely event your item(s) is deemed faulty, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange your item(s) from the date received. To be eligible for a full refund / exchange, your swimwear must be in the same condition in which you received it. This means:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in any way
- Items must be in the original packaging
- The hygiene label and all swing tags must be intact
When trying on our products, we kindly ask you make sure you’re not wearing any make-up, deodorant or perfume which could mark the swimwear and that in the interest of hygiene you keep underwear on.
Please note: Any item(s) purchased on sale or using a promotional code other than our first order discount are final sale items and cannot be returned. However, you may exchange for a different size if the item(s) is available in the same style / colour as originally purchased, please contact us to check at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to return or exchange an item
If you would like to return or exchange an item please email us at email@example.com. We’ll send you our returns / exchange form along with postal instructions. Please ensure you fill out all the requested details and post it along with your item(s).
Please make sure you obtain proof of postage. All items are deemed to be your responsibility until received by GYKO, so we suggest sending via a tracked postal service as we will not accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping costs of any returns or exchanges are your responsibility. If you are exchanging an item within the UK however, we will happily post your exchange free of charge.

Once we receive your item(s), we will notify you via email. If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate it to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account.
